What a Headache!

Yesterday afternoon I had a terrible headache just before I was due to go to a birthday party. I absolutely hate taking tablets unless I absolutely have to so I decided to try something that one of my up line managers had mentioned a couple of weeks ago.

She mentioned that the Aloe Heat Lotion if applied to the temples on the side of your head can help headaches. I applied a little bit on each temple and within half an hour my headache had completely gone, I got to the party and was absolutely fine!

So that bottle is now in my handbag! It is also really good to help maintain healthy joints and muscles which makes it perfect for sports people.
